PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Mālama Rewards is our tiered rewards program that gives you the ability to earn points with every qualifying purchase and receive increased benefits as you progress through each member tier. Your points can be redeemed for exciting rewards, like $1 medicated products, apparel, and accessories. Members can achieve reward tiers based on annual spend to unlock exclusive benefits and surprises along the way. It is free to join, and anyone who is a registered Noa Botanicals patient is eligible to participate.
As of October 5th, 2022 all current points earned in our old Pono Points program were transitioned to our new Mālama Rewards program. If you had 420 points in our old program, you continue with 420 points in our new program.

Based on your annual spending from October 5th, 2021 to October 5th 2022, you will be automatically placed in your qualified member tier. You will be eligible for that member tier status for all of 2022, plus one full calendar year after that.
There are a few ways to sign up for Mālama Rewards – all you need is a valid mobile phone number or email address to get started.
In-Store:
The easiest way is to sign up during your next visit to any Noa Botanicals dispensary. Let a staff member know that you want to join the Mālama Rewards program and they’ll get you set up.
Online:
You can also join online by creating your account here.
***If you are a current patient, please make sure you sign up for Mālama Rewards using the same mobile phone number and email address we have on file for you. This is how our rewards program connects to our POS and issues points for your qualifying purchases. Using a different mobile phone number or email address may result in missing points on your purchases. Ask a staff member for more information.
Your Mālama Rewards account can be accessed online or through the Rewards Wallet mobile app. Your account provides easy access to view your point balance, available rewards, purchase history, and special offers.

Scan the QR code on your mobile phone to download the re:source app. The re:source app is the best way to experience Mālama Rewards. Activate push notifications for real-time updates so you never miss out on a special promotion, product drop, reward updates, and more. The messenger hub (exclusive to re:source app) keeps a history of all messages we’ve sent so you can always have access at any time. Available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
POINTS & REWARDS
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend and there is no limit on the number of reward points you can earn. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for points to be added to your account after a purchase has been made.
To redeem your points for rewards, let a staff member know before you check out. They will pull up your available points and rewards for redemption. Points are deducted from your account balance at the time of redemption.
At this time, you may redeem one reward per visit.
Points are non-transferable and can be redeemed only by the patient associated with the Mālama Rewards account. Rewards must be redeemed in a single transaction.
Depending on how many points you have accrued, you may redeem them for exciting rewards such as $1 cannabis products, accessories, merch, and more. You can view available rewards by signing into your Mālama Rewards account here or visit any Noa Botanicals dispensary.
Points expire after 365 consecutive days of account inactivity (i.e., no purchases made at any Noa Botanicals dispensary). Plenty of time to save up for your favorite rewards!
Don’t worry, we will send you a text message 60 days and 30 days before your points expire.

BENEFITS & MEMBERSHIP TIERS
Mālama Rewards has four members tiers: Hoa (friend), Hānai (family friend), ‘Ohana (family), and The Kahu Circle (caretaker). To learn more about the benefits of each tier, click here.
Member tier qualification is based on your annual spend per calendar year. Once you reach the qualifying spend total, you’ll be automatically placed in the next member tier. Member tier status is determined annually, and a member must meet the requirements for a particular tier status each year or the status will not be maintained.
Hoa (friend) $0 to $749 spend in current calendar year
Hānai (family-friend) $750 to $1999 spend in current calendar year
‘Ohana (family) $2000+ spend in current calendar year
The Kahu Circle (caretaker) invite-only
Member tiers are determined annually by each calendar year. A member must meet the spending requirements to achieve each tier. And the end of each calendar year (December 31), members will be automatically qualified for their current tier for the next calendar year, starting (January 1).
On January 1, the annual spending progress bar will reset to zero. To maintain or achieve a higher tier in the following calendar year, members must re-qualify through annual spend.
Example: A member reaches the spend qualifications for ‘Ohana on December 31, 2023. That member will have ‘Ohana tier status for all of 2024. If the member does not reach the annual spend qualification for ‘Ohana in 2024, they will be placed in their respective qualified tier for 2025.
