POSITION SUMMARY
The Cultivation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the cultivation and growing operations for Noa Botanicals. This includes coordinating with cultivation staff and other departments to ensure cost-efficient and timely production of high-quality medical cannabis products. The manager will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining plant health, production, and quality control measures in accordance with state regulations and company standards. Additionally, they will assist with organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the cultivation areas, and ensure effective implementation of cultivation policies. The Cultivation Manager will report to the Production Director and will be required to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and challenging environment.
CORE JOB DUTIES (including but not limited to)
- Manage cultivation staff, including assigning duties and providing day-to-day supervision
- Oversee and ensure proper plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, scouting, and analyzing plant health according to company policy and state regulations
- Update and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of the cultivation process
- Develop and adhere to cultivation schedules to ensure plants are healthy and prepared for the flower process
- Manage inventory and compliance audits and monitor stock of cultivation supplies and equipment
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and other applicable information
- Facilitate and oversee inspections and maintenance of cultivation areas and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe cultivation facility by adhering to company’s standard of sanitation and cleanliness
- Providing insight and communication on facility and maintenance related matters to ensure operations, production, and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to state and company regulations and provide insight and communication on compliance-related matters
- Train and develop cultivation staff to improve plant health, efficiency, and quality
- Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality medical cannabis products

POSITION SUMMARY
The Cultivation Specialist is responsible for the cultivation of our medical cannabis gardens, under the direction of the Cultivation Manager and Cultivation Leads. The Cultivation Specialist assists in monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. They are also responsible for maintaining quality control measures to ensure a high-quality product, as well as assisting with the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the cultivation areas. The Cultivation Specialist carries out day-to-day plant care, including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming.

CORE JOB DUTIES (including but not limited to)
Plant Care:
- Measures and mixes nutrient and plant applications and applies these mixtures according to Noa Botanicals policy
- Ensures plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, scouting, repotting, trellising, and analyzing plant health according to Noa Botanicals policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Assists Cultivation Manager with rotation of strains through the garden to ensure variety and quantity for dispensary locations
Facility Cleaning:
- Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
- Strictly adheres to company’s standard of sanitation and cleanliness of Cultivation facility
- Sweeping and mopping
- Sanitizing all hard surfaces, including tables and walls
Reports & Documentation:
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensures accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Documents, according to Noa Botanicals policy, the application of all nutrients and/or substances applied to any plant located within the Cultivation facility

They will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. They complete tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Lead to operate lab equipment, monitor, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency, and drive quality control while always being compliant. This individual must be able to multitask, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed. This role is responsible for maintaining and following cultivation procedures and will also properly record documents as required. - Breakdown flowers from stem and stalk of plant to separate unusable waste from useable product
- Track and record amounts of useable vs unusable products
- Visually inspect plants for any diseases, insects, mold reporting concerns to management
- Provide support to additional cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed to achieve facility production goals
- Regularly maintain safe sanitation practices for all processes, equipment, and facilities

POSITION SUMMARY
Product Specialists at Noa Botanicals are responsible for patient and caregiver intake, product transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The Product Specialist must maintain a thorough understanding of medical cannabis varieties, derivatives, and infused products based on current offerings in the Hawaii market and current cannabis science. This position provides superior customer service and educational guidance to registered patients and caregivers. The Product Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, organized work environment, and dispensary appearance. The Product Specialist reports directly to the Dispensary Lead and Dispensary Store Manager.

Customer Service & Sales:
- Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude toward all patients, co-workers and the Company
- Greet patients and caregivers as they enter the dispensary. Provide exceptional service for new and returning patients, anticipate and answer any questions they may have, and provide outstanding new patient guidance
- Maintain and prepare the appropriate documentation from each patient and caregiver at every visit, ensuring the validity of his or her identification and registration with the State
- Record each visit using the patient management software, ensuring the accuracy of customer and caregiver information, and recording specific requests, preferences, and notes, if necessary, while observing and maintaining all applicable patient confidentiality requirements
- Prepare, verify, process and collect payment after order verification, and apply to each customers allocated amount in accordance with state and local law
- Communicate with Dispensary Lead and Store Manager to maintain a steady customer traffic flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction, as well as inventory levels to maintain accurate and up to date menus
- Meet and exceed set sales goals
- Assist in audit and inventory tasks as assigned
- Respond to and resolve customer requests, complaints, or compliments in person, through email, and on the phone, escalating for supervisor support as needed
- Maintain organization of records, desk space, dispensary, and waiting room through daily upkeep and light cleaning
Medical Cannabis Education & Guidance:
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of all applicable state and local laws, all medicine, products, and services provided, as well as documentation processes in accordance with the State of Hawaii
