How to Get a Hawaii 329 Medical Cannabis Card
The State of Hawai’i requires all potential patients to obtain a medical cannabis patient card, also called a 329 card. This process does not have to be difficult at all. All you need is access to a certifying practitioner and a computer to complete the process and receive your card via e-mail.
STEP ONE
Make an appointment with a certifying physician, APRN, or cannabis clinic. Scroll down this page to view a list of certifying physicians. For detailed information, please visit the Department of Health website.
STEP TWO
Register for an account with the State Department of Health online and complete the application which then gets sent to your certifying physician, APRN, or cannabis clinic.
STEP THREE
Your certifying physician, APRN, or cannabis clinic will then complete their portion of the online form and submit the entire application to the Department of Health. Once approved, expect your 329 card to be sent to your e-mail address within a few days.
