To Our Valued Patients & Their Families,
In response to COVID-19, Noa Botanicals has implemented social distancing measures to minimize exposure to our patients and staff.
Starting immediately, we are limiting the number of patients in our waiting room to a maximum of six at any given time. This is to minimize the possible exposure and spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Patients who have placed an online or phone order will be moved to the front of the queue and are able to effectively skip the line. For any patients who have an online or phone order, please notify our security staff. Online orders can be made on our website, www.noacares.com, or via Weedmaps. For phone orders, please call your preferred dispensaries. Phone numbers are available below.
Effective immediately, on Tuesdays and Fridays, we are temporarily opening up Noa Botanicals early for all Kupuna, aged 65 and older, and disabled patients. The hours will be 10AM – 11AM on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
For new patients, we are scheduling consultations by phone. Our staff will be able to guide you through your first purchase with some recommendations based on your needs and preferences. You may also make a phone order with them during your consultation.
Please call your preferred dispensary to schedule a New Patient Consultation:
Noa Botanicals Honolulu
Noa Botanicals Kaneohe
Our dispensaries will remain open during normal business hours and will continue to maintain service levels while keeping you safe. Noa will continue to:
- conduct regular deep cleanings with enhanced disinfection procedures in our facilities
- enforce vigorous personal hygiene protocols
- provide our corporate and dispensary teams regular updates
- deliver the highest-quality medical cannabis products to the community
If you have a known exposure to COVID-19, please stay home and call the State of Hawaii Department of Health at (808) 586-4586 for guidance. If you do not currently have a caregiver who can pick up your medicine, please contact the DOH Medical Cannabis Registry to add one.
We thank you for your understanding and your patience. Mahalo.
